This policy explains how we deliver your furniture — options, costs, timelines, and what to do on delivery day. We deliver safely across Kenya, and we plan each delivery with you.
We offer three ways to receive your order. Choose the one that best suits your schedule.
Delivered to your door anywhere in Kenya within 2–4 business days.
Collect from our showroom. Payment required before pickup.
Arrange a courier to collect from us. We prepare and hand over with a waybill.
Any additional costs — for example delivery to an upper floor without elevator access — are communicated before dispatch.
Made-to-order and custom pieces take longer — typically 2–3 weeks. We confirm the timeline with you at the point of order.
If you discover damage after signing, you may still report it within 48 hours of delivery — see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
